Mobile version for forums?

What do you guys reckon about a mobile version of le forums? I'm frequently posting off my HTC, and it's not a whole heap of fun having the forums lag like there's no tomorrow.

+1 for this because when I travel, I can not use the forums easily.

I can use the forums fine from my galaxy s? Not sure if there's a need for this. mobile sites are often worse to use anyway. My galaxy s is coming up to 2 years old now and it handles the site flawlessly.  And i belive there are forum browsing apps never used one myself but it might do what you need.

I have to agree with the above post, I use an samsung galaxy pro and it has never failed with using the forums.

I'l add a mobile site in later and see how it looks. It won't be minecraft themed ^^

Awh, *Slaps Knee* I use a Droid Bionic and it works fine.

Heh, maybe that's just because i'm using a Motzart running W7P, which isn't the greatest of smartphone OS's. My iPod touch is slightly laggy, but generally pretty consistent.

Reading the thread most people are ok with using it at the moment how it is, It seems perfectly fine on androids (Epic Phones) And iPhones / iPods (Okish Phones)

The theme will be the default SMF one, pretty similar to this one.

Still thinking about it so i'm not going to do it today ^^

Anyway...

I have a small phone, (only 2.8" screen size of most of the cheapest androids & blackberrys)

I will install it tonight and set it up. if people prefer it after a vote I will keep it as default, if not it will not be default.

w00p, even though I have a 4.3" screen, it does take the mick with loading times due to the webpage so large.
