Not sure if or how Jeb is planning on doing with XP. If nothing for now, I think the server should have a lvl system based on xp gained by doing different tasks such as mining, farming, using axes, pvp. Other servers I've played on far in the past had an XP system (not the same as the 1.8 XP bar). The XP was placed as a ranking system. /stat would show the players on the server that had the most xp. An example /state mine would show players who had the most mining experience.
