Proper Advertising Report Rules

It has come to my attention that reporting for advertising has come out of hand and i'm requesting for a staff member to sticky a post in 'Report Player' stating the rules about reporting someone for advertisement. and what information is valid and invalid.

YOU SUGGESTED WE GO CHECK OUT YOUR FORUM! I DID AND THE FIRST THING I SAW WAS AN ADVERTISEMENT FOR ANOTHER SERVER!

I just hate it when people advertise other servers. Which you seem to be doing a lot lately.
