I think we should have jobs on the server for another way to gain volters or some other type of currency. People aren't good with mob killing so i thought this might work.
For example of some jobs:
Wood chopper
Miner
construction worker
and last of all a hunter.

This could possibly be implemented in a fort world. I think it would be a neat idea.

Not a bad suggestion! If this were to really take shape, us developers would have to discuss on how exactly it will work, who you're working for, what benefit on the server would you be, different aspects. Let's see what Lynxy and Hretsam think!
