Alchemy Bag
« on: April 06, 2012, 02:09:46 PM »
I think it would be kinda cool if we could use a command that opened a new inventory kind of like an extra backpack.
It could have a different amount of space for each rank.

It wouldn't have that much extra space, but something like that in my opinion would be so useful, mainly cause my inventory is awlways full!

You could access a chest on one of your lots remotely by typing something like /chestopen or /openchest or /storage and it would open that chest. And the ranks should be like: Vip: Chest,   Super Vip: Large Chest   Goldy, 2 Large chests.  Would be great for projects when you need to collect tons of stuff, or mining when you strike diamonds and that creeper comes at you!

On a different note, this is my 100th post on the fourms!  :)

If and until something like this is implemented, I recommend that you have some chests right next to your /home that you can store stuff in, and a waypoint which you can set to wherever you want to return after storing stuff away. This is not as convenient, but achieves a similar effect.

e.g. if your wp # next to your /home is #80085, you'll do:
/wpset 80085
/home
(store stuff in chests)
(right click on wp 80085 to return to same spot)

Not possible to make an inventory that large without a client mod addon. However, this idea seems interesting. Remotely opening chests for yourself. I'm not quite sure about that though. Would another developer chime in with their thoughts?
