Just wondering, are you fairly sure it's all the same user and not just different users behind a NAT?

They can do a IP check.

No, a NAT assigns one IP to multiple people. It's common in businesses, college campuses, etc.

Think about it like this: ASU (Arizona State University) has 3 campuses; one in Tempe (main campus), one in Queen Creek, and one in Phoenix. Since the Tempe campus is the main campus they set up a wi-fi network from one ip address. An NAT allows that one IP address to be assigned to the other two campuses, both located about 30 miles from eachother. That way all three campuses have wi-fi, but they are all connected to that one IP address from three different locations.

No, that's not how it works, but good guess though. The campuses obviously wouldn't use the same gateway which separates them from the internet. They would be in the same network, per se, but they wouldn't have the same IP address.

Oh, well when I connect to the wi-fi network in Queen Creek, the IP address says I connected from Tempe. :L
