innectian lottery for discounts for ranks

An innectian lottery would be cool to have on innectis. Using 10 voting points for 1 lottery ticket. At the end of each month we would draw one of the tickets and reveal the winner. If the winner was a user he/she would get vip for $1, if he/she was vip they would get $5 off for super vip, if u were super vip u would get $10 off for goldy. And if you were goldy you would get $20 off for diamond. This would hopefully make more people vote for innectis and it would be fun to have on innectis.

Discounts haven't worked the last few times we've done them, how would this change anything?

This would be unfair as currently, the only people voting are me, myself, and I, on an A.S.A.P. basis. So, while most people have around 20-40 vp, I have 170 vp right now. Unless there's an invisible rule where discounts don't stack, I could likely work towards another free rank up.

You could only have a maximum of 5 tickets making it fair to others. And we would do it every month of each year so people would have time to vote and get more points. Its not hard to get atleast 50 Or more vote points when u can vote for 5 servers every day.

The monthly thing was already stated.
5 maximum tickets doesn't mean I can't hold the discount for a later time.
Of course it isn't hard to get 50 vote points, it's just that no one spends time to support their favorite server. Otherwise, everyone would have more than me.
