That said (or unsaid), I think it's only fair to explain why people are banned rather than 'Yep they're banned now GG'. Otherwise there's not much point in having a ban section, you might as well quietly banhammer people from the server without saying anything.

And anyway, why wont you accept that its an indefinate ban? Even if you dont want to say it is, Alpha is your superior so denying him wont get you anywhere. Alright... we've talked this over, and it seems I may need to rethink the indefinite ban. Merc, I appreciate what you are doing, and yes I do have final say, but this kind of issue affects all of us. You tried to input, and it does make sense, but unfortunately, this kind of issue causes a divide, and resulting in needless strain amongst the staff.

I don't think I put clear thought into this. I want to make all the staff feel good about this. We may end up dropping it in the future. I can't just keep doing things without the agreement of everyone else this will affect.

Also just to note: The reason why this server is on a "rough time" is because certain people (not naming)are not willing to put aside their differences and the tensions are spreading like wild fire. I don't care who is right, or who is wrong, also I don't care who's fault it is, or who started it. People just need to leave the drama for their mama. I don't care if you and the person you don't like aren't bff's I just want there to be some peace. A lot of people, I know for a fact, have a lot of **** going on in their life, and this fighting is not helping them.
Also Alpha, yes you are the boss, and also, you will make choices that are not the best, but you are human. You are trying your best, and I respect that, just some people are also just not willing to give you a chance and work WITH you. That is another separate issue.
Now that is all I need to say, if I get praised or hated, it does not matter. I just needed to get this off my chest.

Hey,

So this is my ban appeal to be unbanned.

Giving that I stand by what I said originally, how I seriously thought that thereasoning was a indecent member of staff, I understand that I may have gone around showing them opinions in the wrong area. I should have tried to explain my reasons calmly and continue to respect him as a member of staff.
I understand how the way I had acted to the staff, about reasoning and therefore taking it out on others was a poor way to get attention.
I'm not going to say how i'm more mature now and that I wont do it again, because that's what is always said, instead im going to say that I understand what I did was wrong and I intend to right them said wrongs. I do regret my actions now, and I know that it was the wrong way of acting.
I also understand that arguing with staff about others bans was not my place if I was going to act rashly about it, and that it wasnt the correct way to say what I felt.
So i'm asking for another chance to be part of the Innectis community, I want to try and play the game and just do that, I won't be striving to be rich or anything, I just want to be part of a good community which I can play a game on.
