Also your $5 was a donation you gave them the money and they gave you VIP there is nothing you can do to get it back. A judge couldn't get them to give it back to you.

Well, I was aware that certain members of staff were not happy with Freddie, mostly because of his lack of understanding and general attitude, he did cause frustration. But as I constantly argued, he did nothing wrong recently to deserve this ban, he was punished for all his previous offences. It appears that he was banned for simply being dislikeable.

Digging up someone's past and thinking someone doesn't fit in doesn't seem like grounds for a permanent ban, or at the very least without a stern warning. As much as I dislike the way Freddie behaves, I still believe you should rethink this.

Freddie has been a constant nuisance recently... I think this permaban is just, also because he is a repeat offender. That should be taken into consideration when banning.

Yes, he may be annoying, but he hasn't done anything massive like mass duping and selling the items to players, causing a huge hassle for staff.
