If it is clear that a user does not wish to play on the server and only cause distruption, then sometimes that user may be banned without mercy, but not often..

I did. In a nutshell, I explained that she should state the reason for the bans in the first place. This is a common practice that all the staff does. People always want to know why a ban was made, and quite frankly, this is the best way of informing them. That is the complete process of archival.

No, he implemented a new system that prevents players named "l_iamW" from seeing any post made by users named "AlphaBlend" (Or BetaMix).
