Being online much doesn't make someone a good Admin or Moderator.
I agree that is part of it, as making an inactive player moderator is pointless. But somebody that is online 24/7 could be prove to be incapable of being a Moderator/Admin.
This is something most of you forgot, or don't understand.

The way we pick moderators is pretty much the same each time.
We look at the following things:
* Personal opinion if we can trust him/her
* How long he/she has been around on the server
* Activity
* Attitude against other players, and new players
* After that, the contents of application itself

Hope this makes it clear.

The fact that you guys ***** and moan over not getting moderator wraps it up pretty nicely as to why you didn't get it.

Your behavior post-selection really hurts your odds of getting it next time.

Its not really up to us. Its up to the admins to decide. The voting system was fair to all those in the pole. Nort was fairly voted and I agree that flex deserved mod too. He's been on for a long time and frequently and he treats everyone well.

I think there are plenty of mods now too. no need for more

Tbh i just got over the fact i didn't get mod and have moved on. If you wanted one of us mod you should have voted for us in the applications. Otherwise lets just live with it, Please? i got disapointed enough the first 2 times.... Dont get another one done to early.. We have enough i think.....

Yeah see I don't a problem what-so-ever with Flex or Nort. I've never had a problem with anyone on this server but I understand where Hret is coming from. The only problem is I never see anyone online anymore except Ryan, Arron, and Nos. (And a few newcomers sometimes) That's why I said that. I guess the only problem with Ryan (and I mean this in the most respectful way) is his hostility towards some of the other players. (Flex and Nort)
