He was not disrupting others game play world or local chat. Even if I muted him, the argument would still have taken place in our whisper.

He's been arguing with me for about a week now. Any ways thread locked until situation is handled by higher staff.

Unbanned. My original plan was to overturn it because the ban was not too well thought out, considering it seemed personal related. He requested to wait out his ban, but has since wanted to go back, so I'm going with what I originally intended.

Granted, this is a rather rash decision, I'll take the blame if anyone of you has any problems with it.
