Banned for 3 days for coming onto the server saying "Innectis is ****"

honestly guys, i think what the bans are doing is way to lax. i mean, i have no problem getting banned for 2 days and getting hw donw (no offense).

i mean, if someone comes onto the server and says: IMMA HACK THIS SERVER (peeta_mellark), then i dont see a point in letting them back on.
take oak_raider for example. he says "Innectis is ****". it sounds like he wont be getting on in this life so y not just perma-ban him.

honestly, i think the bans are way to lax and need to be strengthened.

but the main problem is it seems way too lax to let people do whatever they want and then go 2-10 days without innectis.
its true about scaring people away but honestly, i like safe servers that arent full of temp-banned haters.

If you haven't noticed, each time a person is banned for the same thing, we increase the ban time.

hungry, we dont want people saying that our staff is mean like egg said it will scare people away, the staff only
permanently ban someone if it is a very bad thing.

I see where you're coming from hungry, but we can't just simply get rid of people completely for doing something as little as this. Yea it's not a nice thing to say about the server, but if I feel he is becoming a problem, I will take appropriate action.

We can't automatically Perm Ban someone for saying a server is ****. Someone might be having a bad day.

There are a few ways we'd actually go as far as to permanently ban someone. It could be how many times they've been banned, and it seems apparent they're of no use to us, or they could personally threaten one of the staff, or call them out on stuff, or they could be seriously abusing bugs, but a permanent ban for bug abuse has to be on a special case.

I would consider someone coming on and saying our server sucks as being somewhat minor, but obviously it would have more importance than other offenses that players have done. There are many different levels of rule breaking that players would get punished for.
