I nominate luetzj because he has been playing for a bit over a year, and probably knows quite a bit more about IDP than other people. He gets to the point and is respected by many members of the community.

I agree there needs to be more variety maybe a user and mod/admin on the team to get different POV's because every rank ha a slightly different point of view having a user will be good to get the view of people who have a big disadvantage from everybody else and a mod/admin has the balancing view of the servers better wellbeing

I was just checking some posts I missed while I was busy for the past few months, and I was surprised when I saw that pizza nominated me!

If said user is well known in a good way, I would guess people would nominate them. If I saw a user helping out others and contributing to the community, I would nominate them.
