Reset all of the staff....

While reading this.you might think I'm thinking about myself but I'm not. Innectis was starting to fall apart last night so that is why i am posting this...
As innectis is trying to get more users onto itself I think we need to do the following
Reset all current staff (keep hret and lynxy but no one else)

Make staff applications with the following proposed ranks:

Admins (max of 2 exlcuding hret and lynxy)

Moderators ( max of 2-3 from different timezones / online times )

New ranks (one possibly two for each rank )

Webmin : Manages the forums
(I know beau paid for the VB licence but let others have a chance?)

Advertiser : manages all server lists, makes advertising posts on minecraft forums ect
(May sound like I made this rank for me? No I would be ok to give up the server lists and transfer it to another user if they got the rank)

Eventmin : a user that plans regular events like when lynxy done the obstical coruse
 (I know that events are not as regular now as there used to be spleef every day)

Bugbuster : a user that trys to replicate bugs
(Again sounds like me wanting my own rank no i know other people that do this a lot aswell...)

I would also like the top one or two possibilitys to be posted on the forums so then users can vote for who they want (even if the majority of the decision is by hret and lynxy)
Now before you say I only posted this to get my own rank? No I don't care if I get a rank or not. I would proberly only apply for one. but otherwise i just want innectis to have more "Active" Staff ( More aiming at moderators ) As half the time new users quit as they cant build anywhere.

There is a poll that will last 3 days, Then we can hopefully see if it will all be reset..

I agree. I never heard about anyone getting a chance to be one in the first place, it was just a 'here it is and be happy with it'.

With out current system (Staff assigning users a lot), we will of course have users slip through our fingers, it is almost impossible to catch every user that floats our way, especially since we are mainly a Survival server, and large amounts of users want to simply get infinite items to build whatever they want, we can't be the server that provides everything for each user. Not to mention the users that don't even give the server a try, you must also remember that there is one moderator and three administrators, meaning 24/7 cover is very tricky, however we are trying the best we can.

I asked to be on the staff but I was told that it would be thought about, not a definite answer. Half the times I'm on, there's no staff online.

True, Half the time im on  im on for pretty much all day BST/GMT and at weekends earlier and later than those times... I just hope that people vote on the reasons why not just because they want to be staff.

I am not saying no because I want to be staff :/ I am saying no because overall I love the current staff team. I don't see why your complaining.

Not all the staff, although i can think of some people that could kick up the performance..

I appreciate all the work Nosliw puts in to being moderator, hes on most of the day.
