[Game] Scrap Item Idea

My Idea is Simple, allow users to 'Scrap' items such as MineCarts, MineCart Tracks, Torches, Tools, Doors and ect.

If you 'Scrap' an item, you will receive back some of the materials it cost to make the item at random, such as:

MineCart -> 2-4 Iron Ingots
Wooden Door -> 3-5 Wooden Planks
Iron Door -> 3-5 Iron Ingots
Sixteen MineCart Tracks -> 3-5 Iron Ingots or 1 Stick
Diamond PickAxe -> 2 Diamonds or 1 Stick
Used Diamond PickAxe -> 1 Diamond or 1 Stick
Four Torches -> 1 Coal or 1 Stick

The items you get from Scrapping another item would be partly random, so you could get any amount under the cost of the item. However you will never get back the full value of the item, this means items can be changed back into its raw materials and turned into something else. The conversion itself could be done either by dragging items into a Scrap Chest with a command such as /Scrap and /ScrapItem [ITEM ID], scrapping either the item you are holding or all of the items specified. It could be a VIP Plus command, or it could be for all users and the level of VIP will affect the amount of items you get from scrapping your item.

Comments and Suggestions welcome,
This system is very customisable.

Or you could just put it into a Workbench, unless for items like wood (not planks themselves) or whatever. In that case, then yes, /scrap. But for things like torches, sure, I'd rather Workbench it.

You could put the "input" on the right, where the output would usually go, and then the "output" on the left, where the input would usually go. I think this would solve the problem above with the Workbench.
