Banned permanently from the server. He's banned several times before and still continues to break the rules.

Banned for the following:

Being annoying/ and not stopping when told to quit, even after being jailed and kicked.
Spamming and bypassing the filter.
Using client hacks/mods to avoid being Muted and Jailed.
