I sometimes get annoyed from the rain, so i thought, we have the flag NoFreeze, why not NoRain?

Stupid idea. Turn the sound off. Problem solved. I think we've removed enough things from the actual game. We don't need a "norain" flag. And you can't make it stop raining in one area. Not possible.

I don't see a need for this flag. It's a neat idea however it's impractical and not needed.

this flag would be pointless because of having to change the weather for each individual member of innectis who has the flag turned on, i agree with the 250 up glass roof simply because this flag would be hard to pull off
