all i can see this doing is causing more arguments. World pvp is the worst thing to happen to this server, lot based with flags is fine as its much more controllable.

-1 for this idea because users or others with some good armor/weapons would hunt down the new users, or the ones without the good stuff. If you want PvP, use /pvp on.

You'd all be dead with nether pvp was always on.

The only places PvP will always be on are on lots with the flag PvP set. Nowhere else.
