Protection for Minecarts on Lots

Title is pretty self explanatory, want to have Minecarts protected from being destroyed except by the owner of the lot and people with permission (lotallowed). It Might also be handy to add a flag that turns this protection Off/On if you decide to add this protection, in case people are okay with others breaking carts on their lot.

I'm suggestion this because it would prevent Minecarts from being stolen by other players.

I like the idea; seems to make sense given that the Minecarts are typically owned by the lot owner. Is extending this to boats possible as well? I mean, aqueducts and waterslides are quite popular, too

Boats might be an Idea too, but what if the person riding the boat crashes into land or something? If boat protection was added maybe boats would need to be unbreakable via Land and/or Crashing into stuff.

I'll look into both of these. Boats needing to be unbreakable is a thing we've been needing for awhile.
