Offline Messages/PMs/Mail System

I suggest we have a a feature that lets you send messages to players that are offine in a virtual mailbox.

Nortan said that we used to have a feature with this called ThunderGhast, but it was removed.

I think this system could be useful for stuff like event notices and warnings. (as seen in the mall players have warnings to restock their shops through signs that Nos placed, some players may never see these signs though)

+1 for this because this would help people know when events would happen! (like ghast survival)  Also, perhaps you could have a book  with certain groups so you could send a message to many people at a time.

Or you can just PM through forums. Check em every once in a while, problem solved.

I'm going to add onto this suggestion:

If this is implemented it will also require some kind of Anti-Spam System, Perhaps add an Ignore system to this feature, and/or have a maximum # of offline messages you can send to 1 person.

You could model it off of the mailbox system found in WoW and Rift. Those work pretty well - maybe a small tax to send mail?

We aren't going to deprive users of sending messages to others.

And this is in the works. It WILL be in the update.
