Well, I would like the server to be updated, because the new fireworks thing with Elytra is really cool.

But if I'm right, Alpha is gone atm. Hopefully he'll be back soon to do this

I'm going to go ahead and agree with Alpha here, First of all, I really don't see Nosliw as the type of person to "steal" anything. And I also agree that advertising on Skype shouldn't make anyone subject to a ban since Skype really has nothing to do with Innectis. That's like us banning some random person that advertises their server on MinecraftForum or something, which shouldn't be happening.

I'm going to officially say here that I have no problem with Nosliw being unbanned.

This reason this is on the server is to prevent people from activating buttons/levers/redstone that they're not supposed to be able to reach normally.

What Snow said is a good example of what this is trying to prevent.

We probably won't remove this completely, but I wonder if it might be tweakable to be less strict.

I'd just like to point out that there IS the underground and sky to work with too, the lots may seem small at a glance, but that's just if you're looking at the surface.  There's still a lot of unused space in the picture you posted. (and yes, I know there are fireworks and redstone there.)

Why am I still banned?

The ban was a Join Ban, meaning it started whenever you first tried to log in after the ban started.

I am confused. when you say your removing Frame Shops, are you talking about the chest and its contents? the sign with has the [sell], [buy]?
i might need some clarification :/

The shops with chests and signs ([buy]/[sell]) are "Chest Shops", those aren't being removed (at least not yet).

What Alpha is talking about is the shops that use Item frames to show what's being sold. It's not surprising that you might not know about them, they're sparsely used, and that's why they're being removed.

are we sure this is right im sorry but it does seem a bit fishy their isnt any chance lake has been hacked as hes a pretty decent guy on innectis but suddenly he's gone bad

hacked or not, if your account breaks rules it will be banned. Everyone is responsible for their account's actions.

So just because you didn't know you were allowed to build means you're allowed to grief? No.

If you accidentally destroyed something it's your responsibility to fix it. If you don't fix it, you griefed, and you'll take responsibility for that instead.
