Title: Caps Removal

If a player types something in all caps, or most of they message then the message should be changed to lowercase with three exclamation points at the end. Example: WHY YOU NO WORKY would be changed to: Why you no worky!!!

The people who you're talking to, would not know youre feelings.
With the caps you can, show youre emotions verry good ;D
And get fast a (Nosliw: /red/ Calm Down! /red/)
