Ever since transferring ownership from Hretsam to myself, the e-mail system on the forum wasn't working at all. Earlier I had a thought of why it probably wasn't working. The settings I had put in the e-mail settings did not work at all, and I never thought to switch to a different setting that did work. After switching the setting to the correct one, SMF decided to send out some old e-mails to members.
That means that every e-mail SMF was going to send out was placed in a mail queue, but since the settings didn't work, it couldn't send the e-mail, so the messages just sat there, all of them, since August 2013... which is why you're only receiving them now because they were supposed to be sent a long time ago. Hopefully that clears things up for all of you.
