Banned for 6 days for past behavior in recent months and being really annoying to the players on the server earlier.

How you know carebearkiller12's account was hacked (or he was replaced):
He goes 6 months w/o being banned

Or...maybe your friend just broke the rules? Besides, I have seen him enough on the server to know that him being disrespectful once in a while, not much of a "stretch."
