Title: Sublot Pvp and /gtl fix

I would like to be able to /setflag pvp on a sublot as it would be good to have yeah :)


Also it seems with the newer updates you have to remember someones full username to go to their lot while they are offline

Example /gtl Al_Dragon that doesnt go to his lot even though his full name is Al_dragonia

Please fix this as it makes it hard to go to peoples lots

Yeah that /gtl bug is fixed in the next update
