Title: Lock Yo' Own Thread

I've been thinking- Once I thought one of my threads was getting off topic, but no one else did. Only staff can lock polls, but what if everyone could lock threads as long as they are the makers? better than waiting for no one to post for 30 days!

There are a few areas where we don't want non staff to lock threads. Report Players is one of them.

I believe you can modify permissions based on the board/etc they are in, eliminating this problem.

1. this is for only the maker of the threads
2. if that's impossible, can you let users remove the threads they made at least?
