I have never seen this user before and they grief his lot?

This leads me to the assumption that he asked to be allowed.... guys, please only allow those you really know, or stuff like this is going to continue happening...

No, if I allow you, and you remove a few blocks, which might be because you want to build something, it will be my own fault for allowing you in the first place.

In this case I saw the blocks that were 'griefed'.
On a staircase about 5-10 blocks where missing.
