He's been banned for over a year and i think he's learned his lesson.

I will never even consider this.... he's only been negative towards me......

Perm bans are never permanent. Unless someone says otherwise (Hopefully Alpha has already said it) it's only a matter of time before an unban.

Perm bans we're dealt willy-nilly, they were placed upon the judgement of the player by the admins, and if they think he was that bad, that they had to eventually perm ban them, I severely doubt that they would consider letting someone like that to come back onto the server.

Why are you even appealing for someone else? If he wants to be unbanned then he should post here.. Anyway, its a perm ban, so it should stay that way, he had no excuse for his behaviour.

fallout656 or finley i speak to you day in and day outbefore i rejoined this server of you telling me how your a moderator xboxmadman advertised a server then told alpha to repeatedly suck his &£*"*£& and that his mum was a massive &$*(£& and he is always slagging him off to me so why should he
