Title: Caps Restriction

I know alot of people have been having trouble with people that use caps to much! well I had the idea and it has been done on other servers I play to restrict caps in a message so basically you cant hae any more than 3 or 4 caps ect. Then if you do more the message doesnt show in chat! and if you keep doing it you get muted for 5 - 10 min and if you keep going you get kicked ect.
Just a suggestion

Post by: Hretsam on January 29, 2013, 02:19:09 PM: Even though I do agree with a caps lock block (and seriously thought about adding it) it would create to much of a performance penalty.
Aside from that it would result in a lot of false positives (see l_liamw's example).
