I don't find it harsh, because it is preventable by just letting loose in your house or somewhere else.

or just not swearing XD i hardly ever do myself its not hard and never on minecraft XD

If you continue it gets worse.. Also, you have been building up infractions, you currently have 9.
Its not harsh, ban appeal denied, thread closed.
