Title: Auto Ban

It seems to me Dave is stricter. I got banned without being kicked. I accept the ban it's fair but shouldn't we get a little heads up first.

This was fixed with this recent server update if you read the changelog. It was supposed to kick you, bu didn't. So you actually got off easy.

You were given extra playing time before the ban did you not? Either way, auto bans are a result of having too many infractions. I think 8 warnings is plenty.

You receive an autoban after 8 infractions.

If you have already been banned by Dave, then you may have many infractions, in which case, you will be banned without warning..

Another important note concerning Dave's auto bans. Each time Dave bans a person over and over again, the ban time increases.

It's been 6 hours every time.
