Idea Name : Tour Guides
Idea Description :   Add a new rank that would be a staff rank. Their duty's could be to assign lots ( Only ones for new users ) And help new users with commands, Getting resources Ect

This will not happen. What you just describe is a moderator down to the point. All users are very helpful and love helping new people.
