After teleporting into a PvP Zone, you have 10 seconds notice before people are able to attack you, you get a message when warping onto the lot, there is no excuse, you have more than enough time to get out if you wanted to..

that happened to me earlier at your 19th lot nos and when i went to get my stuff back from tom he kept killing me as soon as i spawned, so this 10 garbage dosent make sense
