I don't see how it would be fair to basically banish them from the main world when you dont know what they are like, the way some people talk u cant tell their age...

-1 for this, because of separating people by age? I've met plenty of 15 year olds who are VERY immature. Age cannot tell how mature most of us are. Some of us, perhaps but all? Nope.
