I think, like there's /chestallow and /doorallow there should be an allow for lapis warps, some lapis warps lead to some things people might grief, I was thinking that maybe you should be able to allow people like you do chests and doors.

I like this idea, instead of just blocking the waypoint though I suggest the warp itself so that people can't use portals to break in.

Oh yeah, that happened to me today, someone used a portal to break into my wart farm

Can't you already basically achieve this by putting a door in front of your waypoint and use doorallow? That's what I do.

You can still use a portal to go to the waypoint destination
