Once again, Fangula got on the server and the first thing he did was annoy and mislead other users. He automatically attacked a question i received on elections, and then went on to further bash my other statements, such as ones on donating. All he does is claim he speaks his opinion when in reality its just his desperate attempt to annoy other users. He has been banned twice before, and I'm about to perma-ban him if he doesn't calm down.

Banned for 20 days because after two bans, you know exactly not what to do. You are not what this server needs, but if you appeal respectfully and actually promise to not be a bad troll, you might get a lesser ban.

I will respectfully appeal, and also respectfully disagree with you. I was not attempting at all to annoy anyone. All I did was say that US elections are fraudulent. Then that topic got dropped quickly, and someone asked how to get VIP. I said you gotta pay, or something, and that in my opinion I think it's a waste of money. mercenary said it's for a good cause, and I asked about what cause it's for. People take everything so seriously on this server, you can't even speak your own opinion. Then some people started saying I should be banned (i think) for the fact that I think it's a waste of money to donate to servers (any server).

You're right, it is a 0/10 trolling, because I wasn't trolling. People got annoyed, but that's on them. I wasn't even trying to annoy anyone. In all fairness, anyone can sit around and say they're being annoyed for any reason. Even for someone using their freedom of speech, which from what I've seen this server is abhorrently and greatly opposed to. This is just my perspective, from what I've witnessed. I am a very opinionated person, and anyone who knows me knows that I speak my mind. That does not mean that I am trolling.

In a respectful way, I must say that it is not my fault that people get annoyed with every small thing that someone (anyone) says. The topic I was talking about and speaking my opinion about was not even of a derogatory nature. Mercenaryfrost, in my opinion, simply likes to turn things into trouble when I'm around and purposely find a reason to kick or ban me. I see great bias in this ban, and I truly believe it's unfair. The other bans were fair, I admit. But this ban... not fair at all.

No swear words were used. It was a small discussion on why I think donating to the server is a waste of (my) money. If anything, other people were being more "offensive" than I was by their word usage and rudeness. If anything, people were being rude to me, not the other way around.

I would like to completely appeal this ban for an unban.

I am not lying through my teeth. I never said anything bad at all. The reason you banned me was because I said, "the reason people are arguing about nothing is because they're being trolled LoL". That was a joke. I was not trolling anyone. I'd like to understand why you think I was trolling, and why you think what I said was so horrible. Could you explain the reasoning for this? I'd really like to know.

Also, something I don't understand is why you guys have an /ignore function at all. Nobody utilizes it, and nobody is encouraged to engage it if they're annoyed by someone. I don't understand why you don't implement this policy: to tell people to ignore the person they're being annoyed by. Why do you guys even have an ignore function?

P.S. I am excited for these logs, because it will show that I am not lying at all. It will probably show how quickly you are to jump on the ban trigger with me. Also, can I ask you a personal question? Why are you against freedom of speech?

P.S.S. From what I see, you spend more time trying to find things that you think I'm doing wrong than actually just relaxing and having a good time. The second I speak is the second you attempt to purposely try and twist my spoken opinions into me being an annoyance/a troll. Just because I've trolled in the past doesn't mean I came in with the intention of trolling, or even trolled at all. When one is biased against another, the mind tends to twist everything negatively. Freedom of speech is a good thing. I do not see how speaking my opinion respectfully is trolling/attempting to be annoying. There are a lot of people in the world, and it's unfortunate that, from my perspective, you seem to be so intolerant of the diversity of belief and people in this world. I wasn't even being offensive. Everybody else was attempting to be rude to me, such as Skye calling me a moron and everybody being a jerk. Why am I picked out of the crowd, then? Because of incredible bias. I can understand, though, that you would be biased FOR people who have donated to the server. Money talks, I guess, huh? Still unfair, though I understand the logic. You wouldn't want to ban those who help provide income. Also, why would I bother with a "desperate attempt at annoying others"? 

I can easily tell you in detail about the happenings prior to my banning, and be truthful about it. And I am. I don't see you doing anything but being extremely vague about it in the OP. Please provide logs.
Also, let's not forget about the guy who was trying to troll me by calling me a "kid." Disrespectful. It's in the logs. I forgot his name, though. But I guess I'm the only one who gets seen as being a "troll," even if I'm not trolling and being picked out of the crowd amongst other people who are clearly being disrespectful and rude.

Another example is Skye, who blatantly called me a moron in global chat. I didn't know that name-calling was acceptable on Innectis. From what I saw, he didn't even get warned for that.

You do make good arguements fangula just for looking at the extensive writing too bad they are all invalid, offence done. Ban action taken not to be retracted, unless merc thinks otherwise, his decision.
