Nether Fence Gate

Not really. You still need nether fence to make a fence gate. All this is doing is allowing a redstone-powered gate made out of nether fence. I mean, sure, a massive gate could be made, but even so.

You can ALREADY use nether brick to make nether fence, it's six nether bricks along the bottom of the 3x3 crafting table.
