Multiple Homes?

I'm pretty sure the only place you can't set home is other people's lots, egg. That is, you can set home in freebuild and non-lot areas and the aether.

Only if youre a lot member can you use /sethome

That's what I just said. You only place you CAN NOT set home is other people's lots (assuming you are not member). But you can set home anywhere outside of a lot.

You can also /sethome in the nether. I've done it myself once before.

You just won't be able to go home, Jailout :P
