I like the idea of being able to communicate via mobile or another webpage, Possibly we could gain login details in-game in order to actualy do it, however. Or maybe speak such as following:

Nosliw:Hello Guest
Guest21:Hello Nos
Nosliw:How are you?
Guest21:Good, you?
Nosliw:All good ^^

The only issue is impersonation, someone may try to be someone else...

Forum accounts aren't officially linked to in-game accounts. Sure, referral points are sent that way, but think about it: you could make a new forum account with the in-game name set as a member of our community.

One way that could work would be to set a password for 'remote chat' in-game with a command. User who haven't set this password wouldn't be able to chat that way.
