Improving our code for performance
« on: October 01, 2012, 02:45:28 PM »
Lately, I've taken it upon myself to look for areas that can be improved, both in code performance, and in overall design, to make things easier for me to work with.

Just today I improved a crucial event that gets called all the time, which will probably impact performance positively. My goal is to also look at other events, and improve their code as well. I almost feel that IDP 6.1.0 (the next version) is going to feel a lot less laggy than the other versions, a lot of it having to do with the code improvements that I've been doing.

I like to make things. That pretty much describes the kind of person I am.
