Partial Name Upgrade

As we all know, with most commands, you can do Partial Names (i.e. /gotolot Nos instead of /gotolot Nosliw), however the partial names only include the start of the names, I suggest that it be changed to search the whole name (i.e /gotolot Lynxy instead of /gotolot The_Lynxy).

I am unsure if this will cause any problems however it seems to be a good improvement to make ^^
