The concept is interesting, but due to how this would work, I don't think I like it. Essentially, IDP would need to have a series of blocks that represent the segway and have them move with the player. I don't like that idea, sorry.

You could make it like a boat and instead of it moving on water, move on blocks. Then just move the boat stuffs around to look like a segway. Poof! A segway!

But it's probably a whole lot more complicated than that.
