Banned indefinitely for something that unfortunately is too sensitive to explain properly. There may have been lying involved, and the wrong things said, but I feel as if people were tricked into believing something that didn't happen.
I feel that it is safer to ban him indefinitely than to keep him around.
Edit: After a situation which lead this ban to be undone for a short time, it has now been reinstated
