Auto-Updating /help 3

The /help 3 page shows a staff list, which is almost constantly outdated, I suggest that Alpha make this auto update, which is easily possible through more than one method, another thought would to be give it pretty colours.

HeHeHe, look at me, I'm using the 'Suggestions' board this time!

That would be helpful. Also, we never did do anything about changing /help and making it easier for people.
