Vote Option for Restart

Recently, I realized that lag is become an issue for Innectis. So, I was wondering if it is possible to implement an IG voting system. When a particular amount of votes are received, then the server will restart?

Alpha is working on the lag still, so this wouldn't be needed for too long. Plus, if the lag was bad enough and an Admin was on, they could easily restart it. Normally there is one online, but if there isn't then you just have to suck it up.

Eggnaug:
Technically Admins don't have the power to restart the server. We just reschedule the restart time.
