Just thought of another way to drain the vT pool. I think implementing a /timerequest command could help. The basic function would serve as a way for players to request the time to be set to 0. A message would be sent to an online staff member and if they choose to accept, the person who sent the request would have to pay a set amount of vT. To limit it's use I was thinking that this command could only be registered 4 times between server restarts and only once per hour. If a single player wants to request another /timerequest they would have to pay double the previous amount payed. This would only apply to a person who has used the command between server restarts. Anyone else requesting it for the first time would pay the basic beginning rate.
Rates per Person
First request - 1000vT
Second request - 2000vT
Third request - 4000vT
Fourth request - 8000vT
As a way to prevent people who want the time reset again from just paying someone else to request for them, there could be a 1 hour buffer preventing people who receive vT from another player from using the command or have the person be required to pay 8000vT to make the request for the other person after receiving vT (pretty much a fail safe to prevent noobs, who will try to bypass the pay system, from cheating the system). Oh also you won't be able to gain vT from other's after using the command for a set amount of time.
