Alright, perhaps it was a precocious decisision to ban nick, since after all, there was no warning involved at the time of the permanent ban. SGT asked me at first if he could permaban nick, and I said no, but he went and did it anyways.

I personally didn't see a reason to do it, and I suppose he was working up to a time where I felt it needed to be done.
