It actually does, it's the principles behind having that vote counted or not towards the election.
And note* I watched my brother vote for me - he saw the forums and went "oo a mod election, then I said I'm in it, and he voted for me o.O

I think it's kind of pointless, what you guys are arguing about.
Daft, I think he meant that it's pointless to try to justify your "same IP voting" AFTER the election was over and from the fact that if it did count, you still would've lost by 7 votes.
