Yes, I considered this, but even if you don't recognize something you shouldn't just get rid of it and write it off as random blocks. It's possible what looks like random blocks to one person could be an unfinished project or something one doesn't recognize.

True, and if I remember correctly I do believe Missingno was in line with other structures as well.

A lot of our players should really read the rules to know what is ok and what isn't... we need to communicate that.

1. less then 20% of players have a forums account, where the rules are.
2. less then 20% of players actually have gone through the tutorial where the rules of the server are stated.

Upon first join on the server, you are greeted with a message directing you to the forums.
